The dress is strapless and flares out at the bottom with an invisible zipper down the side. The "cape" has metal wiring along the top edge to help keep the shape when worn. The bottom strips have hook-and-eye clasps to attach to the satin dress to help it flare out more. The arm pieces have grommets and lacing at the top to adjust fit. The hair pieces were made from foam and plastic and were spray and hand painted. It has hair barrettes to stay in place. The emblem was made from sculpty and painted.
